The Original Mezclado Pepper Sauce is made using a fermented habanero and Caribbean sweet pepper mash that’s blended with our signature barrel-aged pineapple vinegar. Fresh culantro, known as the more aromatic cousin to cilantro is blended into the sauce to complement the heat and lightly salty pepper mash.
